ABOUT FIRE PROFECTION
We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded life safety inspection and service company. We offer service and inspections on the following:
Fire Alarm Systems: Fully functional system testing of all control panels, power supplies, batteries, devices, notification, and auxiliary functions (elevator recall, door release, etc.)
Fire Suppression (sprinkler) Systems wet and dry: Visual inspection of the entire sprinkler system (valves, piping, sprinklers), full flow main drain and inspectors’ tests, partial and full trip tests on dry systems, antifreeze systems measured for correct readings, back flow testing
Fire Extinguishers: Visual inspection of cylinder pressure, condition, verification of 6yr and 12yr service
Emergency/Exit Lights: Verification of battery operation under AC power loss, bulb operation
Back Flow Assemblies: Testing and inspection of Fire, Domestic, and Irrigation assemblies, reports are submitted to the water district of location
*All systems are tagged for inspection, and reports are sent to the Authority Having Jurisdiction*
*Inspection reports that have deficiencies will be accompanied by a quote for repairs*
Service Prices
Normal business hours: $80.00 per hour (2hr minimum) $40.00 truck charge
After hours: $120.00 per hour (2hr minimum) $40.00 truck charge
Sundays and holidays: $160.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) $40.00 truck charge

Basic Inspection Rates
Extinguishers: $5.00 each
Back Flow Assemblies: $45.00 each, plus water district filing fee, if applicable
Wet systems: $125.00 each $75.00 each additional sectional
Dry Systems: Partial trip - $225.00 each, Dry trip – will require more information for pricing
Fire Alarm Systems: A survey of the property or a prior inspection report will be needed for pricing
